How Jhayco and OSKV Created the Stunning Visuals for “SCORPIO”

Some music videos are crafted through months of planning, and others come together through sheer creative momentum and teamwork. “SCORPIO” by Jhayco, directed by OSKV and produced by our team, was a little of both — a bold, high-energy production that pushed visual and technical boundaries while staying grounded in collaboration and trust.

Shot in a gritty warehouse in Atlanta, the video is a visual powerhouse that perfectly matches the track’s intensity. From the very start, OSKV wanted to create something that felt raw, immersive, and larger-than-life. To pull it off, we went all out — casting 30 Latina women, bringing out an old-school Corvette, multiple condors with lighting rigs, a techno crane, and intricate projection mapping that brought the visuals to another level. Each projection was mapped directly onto Jhayco and the models, creating dynamic patterns that danced across their bodies and the environment, blurring the line between performer and light.

The warehouse setting played a huge role in shaping the tone of the video. Its industrial textures and raw atmosphere gave the perfect contrast to the sleek lighting and projection work. OSKV’s direction embraced this duality — pairing the grittiness of the environment with the sensual and surreal energy of Jhayco’s performance. From the blocking to the lighting design, every element was crafted to make “SCORPIO” feel both tactile and dreamlike.

But the story didn’t end there. Once the first cut was assembled, Jhayco wanted to take it even further. He had a few additional ideas to expand the narrative and visual flow, so we packed our bags and flew down to Miami to shoot additional scenes. With a minimal crew, we spent a day filming pickup shots on a farm — a stark shift from the Atlanta warehouse, but one that added balance and contrast to the final edit. The pick-up shoot gave the video breathing room and emotional texture, rounding out the story in a way that only Jhayco could envision.

The turnaround was lightning fast. We wrapped the Miami shoot, went straight into post-production, and delivered the final cut just two days later — ahead of the video’s release that same night. It was a high-intensity sprint, but everyone involved was locked in from start to finish.

Looking back, “SCORPIO” is a testament to what can be achieved when vision, precision, and passion align. Every piece — from the 30-person cast to the elaborate projection mapping — came together to create something unforgettable.

Working with Jhayco was an absolute joy; his creative instincts and collaborative spirit made the process flow smoothly, even under tight deadlines. We’re proud to have been part of his big comeback, helping bring “SCORPIO” to life in a way that captures both the grit and glamour of his artistry. This project reminded us why we do what we do — to turn ambitious visions into unforgettable moments on screen.
